Job Summary: Bartender prepares and services drinks for customers in the bar and restaurant. Bartender prepares standard mixed drinks, de-corks and pours wine and beer. You must be able to prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste. You will be taking orders directly for the customers in the bar (drinks and food), and from the wait staff in the restaurant. Additionally the bartender collects payment and operates the cash register for the entire staff and makes sure the nightly deposits balance with all the guest tickets for the evening. You must complete a monthly liquor inventory. You will be required to monitor and maintain liquor inventories, and order as needed. You must follow all state liquor laws to include, but not limited to, checking ID’s for proper age requirements. The person selected for this position must have prior bartending experience and a good working knowledge of basic bartending tools, materials, and practices. Individual must be able to work well with others, and can be trusted to handle money.

Position works directly under the supervision of our executive chef. Prepares meats, sauces, vegetables, soups and other food daily. Cuts, trims, bones meats and poultry for cooking.
